Committed to encouraging self-confidence and individuality, Haus of Lau is available in a wide size range as we strongly believe all women should wear clothing that makes them feel beautiful, strong and confident.

Production is started and tested in-house before being sent to manufacturers. This means there is freedom to create custom sizing, shapes and fabrications for any customer looking for that little bit extra.

Haus of Lau strives to be eco-friendly and sustainable where possible so all fabrics are locally sourced to keep our carbon foot print to a minimum.

Recycled materials are used for packaging, please re-use these materials at home where possible.

We also offer a specialist made-to-order service which allows customers to buy any of our garments tailored to their size, alterations and adaptations to the design can also be made through this service. Please contact us through the made-to-measure section on our website.

SHIPPING

You will be notified via e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

Free delivery on all orders £50.

All orders in the UK are sent 1st class via Royal Mail. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your parcel and it may take longer over busy periods during public holidays.

You can opt for tracking & next day delivery when placing your order, this comes at an extra cost (listed when placing your order). This excludes made-to-measure garments.

International orders may take up to 10-14 days due to customs in your country and other postal service systems and you should allow a delay during busier times over public holidays.

CUSTOMER RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order then please return within 14 days to the address provided on your invoice and include a copy of your order details.

To qualify for an exchange or a refund, garments must be un-worn and in a resalable condition, with tags still attached.

If there is a manufacturing fault then please e-mail hausoflau@gmail.com immediately to resolve the issue. Delivery costs for returns are the customers responsibility.


GARMENT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Due to the nature and quality of our fabrics, all garments should be hand washed in warm soapy water to maintain softness and to prevent colours from fading or running. If washed in a machine then place them on a cool delicates wash and it is advised you wash different colours separately. Please do not tumble dry.

We cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused due to poor care and handling.
