HUMAN FUTURES

"FACT connects Space and public spaces through FACT.

The Human Futures exposition brings together the work of eight artists who have taken part in a two year cultural exchange developed my partners in Liverpool, Aarhus, Berlin, Vienna and Montreal. This international collaboration has focused on re-evaluating how we conceive, and have the power to influence, our surroundings.

Structured as a series of eight artist residencies, each hosted by a partner organisation, the idea of sharing and of the exchange has been central to the project's philosophy; Canadian and European artists trading places and opening up new platforms for dialogue on an international scale. In re-thinking the connections between cities, artists responded to their new urban environments and engaged with local communities and concerns.

Artists: Aram Bartholl, Michel De Broin, Tobias Ebsen, Darsha Hewitt, Sam Meech, Sebastian Pierre & Bengt Sjolen."

Today I visited the 'Human Futures' exhibition held in the Fact between 5/11/15 - 29/11/15.
